I wanted to make a healthier recipe for lasagna and came up with one that had Chicken. I have served thist to family and friends and they absolutely love it.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 box lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 - chicken breasts
  • 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make chicken lasagna

  • Step 1
    Salt and pepper chicken breasts and cook a 375 degree oven for about a half hour to 40 minutes. Cool enough to cut into chunks.
  • Step 2
    Cook Lasagna for 10 minutes and drain when ready to put lasagna together.
  • Step 3
    In a bowl, put mushroom soup and chunks of chicken and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Start by putting a little soup on bottom of pyrex or cake pan. Then start layering lasagna, chicken and mushroom mixture and top with cheese.
  • Step 5
    Bake in oven for about 35-40 minutes or until golden. Cool for 5 minutes and cut into portions and serve.
