This is a great recipe for guests. And its so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces pineapple slices save the juice
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • - to thicken roux (equal parts flour and margarine)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 4 - pieces chicken breasts boned and pounded

How To Make chicken la france

  • Step 1
    Brown chicken and garlic in butter. In a second saute pan simmer mushrooms, sour cream,pineapple juice, salt and pepper, add chicken stock for flavor. Add roux to thicken, pour sauce over chicken. Add the slice pineapple on top.Serve hot. ENJOY
