Step 1Brown chicken and garlic in butter. In a second saute pan simmer mushrooms, sour cream,pineapple juice, salt and pepper, add chicken stock for flavor. Add roux to thicken, pour sauce over chicken. Add the slice pineapple on top.Serve hot.
