3garlic cloves, diced
1/4 clemon juice

1/2 cdiced scallions
3 ccracker crumbs
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

- In a fry pan, melt butter and saute garlic with lemon juice and seasoning.
- Add remaining liquid to eggs and beat.
