Ingredients

  • 1 bag tyson grilled chicken strips ( all ready cooked)
  • 1 package hillshire farms turkey sausage
  • 1 jar tostitos salsa
  • 1 box goya yellow rice
  • 2 cans goya black beans
  • 1 box goya plantains

How To Make chicken kielbasa jumbyla

  • Step 1
Start boiling the water for the yellow rice according to the directions on the box or bag of what you bought. Always start the rice first for it takes the longest to cook. In a large skilet put the whole (frozen) bag of chicken and 1 jar of salsa and set to medium and cover. Stir on occasion. While the chicken is warming up cut the kielbasa in to 1/2 inch size. (Leave round, do not chop) Add cut kielbasa to the chicken and salsa in the skilet. Mix up and then recover with lid. Stir on occasion. After the rice is cooking and you have the meat simmering on the stove with the salsa open the black beans and put into and microwave safe bowel to heat up. I cover mine with a paper plate and cook for 4 minutes on high. Cook the black beans about 10 mintues before the timmer on the rice goes off. When done leave covered. Put the Plaintains on a paper plate and toss into the microwave for the last 5 mintues on high that the rice is cooking. Once the rice is done and the chicken is soft start making bowels!!! Scoop the rice into the bowel, then add a sppon full of black beans, top it off with the chicken and kielbasa with salsa and some hot sauce to your licking and dig in.
