chicken jalapeno casserole
I made this dish up last night,with what I had in the cupboards,and thought it turned out good..

Ingredients
- 1 package jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 - egg,slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheese(any)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can corn(sm can if you like less corn)
- 1 cup jalapenos(can or fresh)
- - salt and pepper,to taste
How To Make chicken jalapeno casserole

Step 1Make the cornbread according to pkg. directions,in a large bowl.

Step 2Then add,rest of ingredients,keeping back a handful of jalapenos and the cheese,for topping.

Step 3Put in a greased 9-inch square pan(thats what I used anyway)..After everything is in,then sprinkle the jalapenos and cheese you set aside,over the top..

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes,until cornbread is golden..Serve hot..Enjoy!!
