Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken breasts, halved and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 - garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons white wine, dry
  • - "just a pinch" of pepper

  • Step 1
    If using whole chicken, cut chicken in half.
  • Step 2
    Blend marinade of all the remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Soak chicken for 10 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Bake in greased pan at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
