  • 3 lb
    chicken breasts, halved and skinless
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp
    oregano
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine, dry
  • ·
    "just a pinch" of pepper

How to Make Chicken Italian

Step-by-Step

  1. If using whole chicken, cut chicken in half.
  2. Blend marinade of all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Soak chicken for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake in greased pan at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
