Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 12 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 1/4 cups chicken stock
- scallions for garnish
How To Make chicken in vinegar sauce

Step 1Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and brown the chicken on both sides. Add the sliced garlic and onions. Cook for about 5 more minutes.

Step 2Remove the chicken and set aside. Add the vinegar and bring to a boil. Boil about 5 minutes. Add the chicken back to pan and pour the chicken stock over top and add the paprika and oregano.

Step 3Cook until chicken is done. Remove the chicken and set aside. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh strainer and discard the solids. Put the sauce through a fat separator

Step 4Serve sauce with chicken and garnish with scallions.
