How to Make Chicken In Salsa Verde
- Spray a non-stick skillet with vegetable cooking spray.
- Heat oil and saute chicken then add onion and garlic, stirring until limp.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer about 15 minutes.
- NOTE: May substitute 12 ounces of canned tomatillos if you don't have fresh.
