Ingredients

  • 4
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 3/4 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 c
    long grain rice uncooked

How to Make Chicken in Orange Sauce Over Fluffy Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine orange juice, brown sugar, ginger and soy sauce in a microwave bowl.
  2. Heat until warm, about 1 minute.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with sauce.
  4. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, basting with the sauce half way through.
  5. While chicken is baking, cook rice according to package directions.
  6. Serve chicken and sauce over hot cooked rice.
