Don't let the amount of garlic scare you, you half the garlic, so it comes out very mild, but oh so good. please enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 - chicken, cut up or chicken breasts (6)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 15-20 cloves garlic, halved
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon, dried

How To Make chicken in garlic sauce

  • Step 1
    Dredge chicken in flour, season with salt and pepper. Brown in Butter and Oil over medium high heat. remove Chicken and add remaining Flour and blend:

    Add: the White Wine and Chicken Broth Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in the Garlic Cloves, Parsley and Tarragon
  • Step 3
    Pour Sauce into roasting pan with a lid, add Chicken to sauce. Bake 350* for 1 hour.. Serve with a Green Salad and French bread, for dunking. yum.
