Ingredients For chicken in garlic sauce

2/3 cflour

2 Tbspbutter

1chicken, cut up or chicken breasts (6)

2 Tbspoil

1 1/2 cdry white wine

1 1/2 cchicken broth
-
15-20 clovegarlic, halved

1/2 cparsley, chopped

2 tsptarragon, dried
How To Make chicken in garlic sauce

1Dredge chicken in flour, season with salt and pepper. Brown in Butter and Oil over medium high heat. remove Chicken and add remaining Flour and blend:

2Add: the White Wine and Chicken Broth Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in the Garlic Cloves, Parsley and Tarragon

3Pour Sauce into roasting pan with a lid, add Chicken to sauce. Bake 350* for 1 hour.. Serve with a Green Salad and French bread, for dunking. yum.
