Chicken in Garlic Sauce

Don't let the amount of garlic scare you, you half the garlic, so it comes out very mild, but oh so good. please enjoy.

2/3 c
2 Tbsp
chicken, cut up or chicken breasts (6)
2 Tbsp
1 1/2 c
dry white wine
1 1/2 c
chicken broth
15-20 clove
garlic, halved
1/2 c
parsley, chopped
2 tsp
tarragon, dried

How to Make Chicken in Garlic Sauce


  • 1Dredge chicken in flour, season with salt and pepper. Brown in Butter and Oil over medium high heat. remove Chicken and add remaining Flour and blend:
  • 2Add: the White Wine and Chicken Broth
    Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in the Garlic Cloves, Parsley and Tarragon
  • 3Pour Sauce into roasting pan with a lid, add Chicken to sauce.
    Bake 350* for 1 hour..
    Serve with a Green Salad and French bread, for dunking. yum.
