Ingredients
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 - chicken, cut up or chicken breasts (6)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 15-20 cloves garlic, halved
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons tarragon, dried
How To Make chicken in garlic sauce

Step 1Dredge chicken in flour, season with salt and pepper. Brown in Butter and Oil over medium high heat. remove Chicken and add remaining Flour and blend:

Step 2Add: the White Wine and Chicken Broth Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in the Garlic Cloves, Parsley and Tarragon

Step 3Pour Sauce into roasting pan with a lid, add Chicken to sauce. Bake 350* for 1 hour.. Serve with a Green Salad and French bread, for dunking. yum.
