Chicken in Garlic Sauce
1chicken, cut up or chicken breasts (6)
1 1/2 cdry white wine
1 1/2 cchicken broth
15-20 clovegarlic, halved
1/2 cparsley, chopped
2 tsptarragon, dried
How to Make Chicken in Garlic Sauce
- Dredge chicken in flour, season with salt and pepper. Brown in Butter and Oil over medium high heat. remove Chicken and add remaining Flour and blend:
- Add: the White Wine and Chicken Broth
Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in the Garlic Cloves, Parsley and Tarragon
- Pour Sauce into roasting pan with a lid, add Chicken to sauce.
Bake 350* for 1 hour..
Serve with a Green Salad and French bread, for dunking. yum.
