Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 375.
  • 2Wash and dry chicken.
  • 3Sprinkle cavity with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.
  • 4Stuff with stuffing.
  • 5Tie legs together.
  • 6Brown on all sides in butter in deep baking pan.
  • 7Add bouillon and potatoes.
  • 8Bake, covered 30 minutes.
