chicken in a creamy lime and chive sauce
This is so moist and refreshing on a summer day. I served this with a salad for a great light dinner it was so good.

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 11/2 cups sour cream
- 1 - lime juice and zest
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- - salt and garlic powder
How To Make chicken in a creamy lime and chive sauce

Step 1Sprinkle the chicken with salt and garlic powder. Mix the sour cream lime juice and zest and chives together. set aside.

Step 2Melt the butter in a large skillet. Brown the tenderloins on both sides.

Step 3Pour the sour cream mixture over chicken and cook basting with the sauce until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with sauce on top.
