This is a good recipe for using up leftovers.I like this hash with these ingredients but you could add additional vegetables like,carrots,mushrooms,peas or anything you like.it is a quick recipe you're basically heating the ingredients after onions are cooked .

    2 c cooked potatoes,cut in small bite size pieces

    1/2 c onions,chopped small
  • ·
    2 c cooked chiken,cut in small bite size pieces
  • ·
    salt and pepper ,to taste
  • ·
    chicken gravy,preferably homemade

How to Make Chicken Hash

Step-by-Step

  1. Add enough oil in skillet just to cover the bottom,heat oil.Saute potatoes and onions until onions are tender and potatoes are light brown,add chicken,cook 4-5 min.Add gravy,just enough to moisten,continue cooking until everything is hot.
