I have a friend, George, who is an amazing cook. We sit by the phone waiting for a dinner invite from him. We went and had this delicious chicken at his house, and I was so amazed at how easy it was to fix. We're having it tonight for dinner! enjoy!

  3. place in oven, bake for 35-45 minutes until juices run clear. cheese on top should be slightly browned.
