Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breasts, boneless halves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
  • 1 can tomatoes, stewed italian-style
  • 12 small black olives, pitted and drained
  • 1 - green bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 large carrot, sliced
  • 1 - zucchini, cut in chunks

How To Make chicken garden saute

  • Step 1
    In skillet, brown chicken in oil.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with rosemary; salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
  • Step 4
    Cover and cook 3 minutes over medium heat 5 minutes or until thickened.
