Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 4 cups white rice, cooked
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 - eggs
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
How To Make chicken fried rice

Step 1Boil chicken breast and cut into bite-size pieces

Step 2In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat

Step 3Add onion, garlic, carrots and peas. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Step 4Crack eggs into the pan and scramble, mixing with all the vegetables.

Step 5Add the cooked rice, cooked chicken and soy sauce to the pan.

Step 7Remove from heat and serve
