chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
4 c
white rice, cooked
2 c
frozen peas and carrots
onion, chopped
1 tsp
minced garlic
3 Tbsp
sesame oil
1/4 c
soy sauce

How to Make Chicken Fried Rice


  • 1Boil chicken breast and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat
  • 3Add onion, garlic, carrots and peas. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 4Crack eggs into the pan and scramble, mixing with all the vegetables.
  • 5Add the cooked rice, cooked chicken and soy sauce to the pan.
  • 6Stir
  • 7Remove from heat and serve
