1Fry bacon, drain and break into small pieces.
Hint: I like to freeze the bacon for a few minutes then cut it into small pieces before cooking.
Also if you want the flavor you can use the bacon grease in place of the olive oil.
2To wok or LARGE pan add oils and sugar. After heating on medium, add celery, carrots and bell pepper. Cook one to two minutes.
Add brocolli. Cook one minute.
Add rice, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled egg, chicken and green peas. Heat thoroughly.
Sprinkle on soy sauce. Mix well.
Add green onions.
Salt and pepper to taste.
