This is a Quick Meal to put together with last nights Chicken Breast. Make a Few Cups of Instant White Rice a Night before as well to Prepare this Quick Meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 - chicken breasts
  • 2 - eggs
  • 4 - scallions or chives i use chives
  • 3 cups of instant white rice prepared the night before chilled
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce add more if you prefer make sure the white rice is colored
  • - accent seasoning salt a flavor enhancer
  • ALSO, I LOVE THIS WITH SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE ON TOP OR HOT CHILI OIL. I ALSO LOVE THE PANDA EXPRESS ORANGE CHICKEN SAUCE THAT THEY SELL IN THE SUPERMARKET THAT WITH SOME EGG ROLLS YUM!! ;]

How To Make chicken fried rice

  • Step 1
    I use left Over Chicken breast,You Can Use Three if you Want it to be Very Filling or You Want to Feed More People. You Can also Make 4 Cups of Rice to make a Very Large amount..Just add More Soy sauce.
  • Step 2
    Scramble your Egg in a seperate pan. reserve.Then Dice up your Chicken Breasts.
  • Step 3
    Oil a fry pan lightly and warm your Chichen breast and 3-4 Scallions or Chives Season with Accent salt.Add The Rice then add the Soysauce,Incorporate all the ingredients add the scrambeled egg, Then Top With Remaining Chopped Chives. Its Dinner Time ;]
