I added ginger to taste and also some bamboo shoots and water chestnuts (1/2 of each small can). This would be really good with snow peas as well..

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast. chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
How To Make chicken fried rice

Step 1Cook rice according to directions on pkg. While rice is cooking, heat a large frying pan or wok over med-high heat. Pour in sesame oil and stir in onion. Stir til golden than add garlic. When garlic starts to brown, add frozen veggies.

Step 2Turn down heat to medium and fry till veggies are still a little crisp. Add chicken and cook til heated thru. Stir in beaten egg and cook till egg is scrambled in and firm.

Step 3When rice is fully cooked add in and mix together with chicken and veggies, then add soy sauce. ***Adjust seasoning to taste and see notes..
