1Cook rice according to directions on pkg. While rice is cooking, heat a large frying pan or wok over med-high heat. Pour in sesame oil and stir in onion. Stir til golden than add garlic. When garlic starts to brown, add frozen veggies.
2Turn down heat to medium and fry till veggies are still a little crisp. Add chicken and cook til heated thru. Stir in beaten egg and cook till egg is scrambled in and firm.
3When rice is fully cooked add in and mix together with chicken and veggies, then add soy sauce.
