1Add oil to large skillet. Add chicken and stir fry 3 minutes. Add the onion and mushrooms stir fry 2 minutes. Add the carrots, peas and cauliflower stir fry another 3 minutes. Add the ginger garlic and bean sprouts. Stir fry 1 minute. Make a well in the middle of pan and add the eggs and let sit for a minute then stir fry them into the mixture. Add the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce chili sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle with green onions.
