chicken boneless skinless cut into small pieces
2 Tbsp
1 small
onion diced
4 oz
mushrooms chopped
1/2 c
each carrot shredded and peas
4 clove
garlic minced
1 Tbsp
ginger minced
1 c
bean sprouts
head cauliflower grated or riced in food processor
2 large
eggs beaten
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
sweet soy sauce
2 Tbsp
sambal oelek chili sauce
1 tsp
sesame oil
green onions chopped

How to Make Chicken Fried Cauliflower RIce


  • 1Add oil to large skillet. Add chicken and stir fry 3 minutes. Add the onion and mushrooms stir fry 2 minutes. Add the carrots, peas and cauliflower stir fry another 3 minutes. Add the ginger garlic and bean sprouts. Stir fry 1 minute. Make a well in the middle of pan and add the eggs and let sit for a minute then stir fry them into the mixture. Add the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce chili sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle with green onions.
