Ingredients
- 1 - chicken, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons italian dressing seasoning
- 6 ounces cream cheese, cut in cubes
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
How To Make chicken for crock pot

Step 1Wash chicken and pat dry.

Step 2Brush with butter.

Step 3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 4Place in crock pot.

Step 5Sprinkle with dry salad mix.

Step 6Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.

Step 7About 3/4 hour before serving, mix soup, cream cheese, sherry and onion in small saucepan.

Step 8Cook until smooth.

Step 9Pour over chicken in pot.

Step 10Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low.

Step 11Serve with sauce.

Step 12Serve with rice or noodles.
