20 oz
spinach, thawed and drained
1.5 c
rice, uncooked
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp
chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless, cut into strips
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1 c
swiss cheese, grated


1Mix together spinach, rice, soup and 1/8 teaspoon of the black pepper.
2Spread in a greased 13 x 9" baking dish.
3Layer chicken pieces on top of spinach.
4Season with garlic powder and remaining black pepper.
5Sprinkle cheese over chicken.
6Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
