Ingredients
- 20 ounces spinach, thawed and drained
- 1.5 cups rice, uncooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 - chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless, cut into strips
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
How To Make chicken florentine

Step 1Mix together spinach, rice, soup and 1/8 teaspoon of the black pepper.

Step 2Spread in a greased 13 x 9\" baking dish.

Step 3Layer chicken pieces on top of spinach.

Step 4Season with garlic powder and remaining black pepper.

Step 5Sprinkle cheese over chicken.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
