  • 20 oz
    spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1.5 c
    rice, uncooked
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 6
    chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless, cut into strips
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    swiss cheese, grated

How to Make Chicken Florentine


  1. Mix together spinach, rice, soup and 1/8 teaspoon of the black pepper.
  2. Spread in a greased 13 x 9" baking dish.
  3. Layer chicken pieces on top of spinach.
  4. Season with garlic powder and remaining black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over chicken.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
