How to Make Chicken Fingers
- Cut chicken 2 x 1 inch strips..mix flour and salt and pepper in a shallow bowl dip chicken in milk roll in the flour and place on cookie sheet pan which has been covered with parchment paper.
- You can fry the strips but I prefer to bake them in a 375F oven for about 25 to 30 minutes and test if not pink they are ready to serve..if you fry them put 1/3 cup vegetable oil in fry pan and fry the strips 4 to 5 minutes on each side,,place on paper towel to absorb the oil.
- DIP ,,combine honey and mustard ..put into bowl for dipping..or there are many dipping sauces on the market.
