My youngest grandson who I call Dink, is extremely picky, likes nothing spicy until he tried this. Dink absolutely loves this chicken and the rice I serve it with which something I throw together and call roasted garlic basmati. He now requests this each birthday.

Ingredients
- 6 - chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 packages hidden valley fiesta ranch dip mix
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, low sodium
How To Make chicken fiesta in crock pot

Step 1Dip chicken into melted butter then roll in the dip mix, and set aside. Once all done. Pour the remaining butter into the bottom of the crockpot. Layer the chicken breasts into crock. Then Pour over the two cans of soup. Lastly sprinkle the remaining dip mix over all. Put lid on and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 6-7 hours till chicken is tender.

Step 2I serve this with a roasted garlic basmati rice and broccoli. I also add a small amount of sliced sauteed mushrooms in to the pot for the mushroom lovers.
