Ingredients

  • 4
    chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 12
    corn tortillas
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can(s)
    diced green chilies
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1
    large onion diced
  • 3/4 lb
    each sharp cheddar and jack cheese

How to Make Chicken Fiesta

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix chicken, soups, onion, milk and chilies.
  2. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Place one layer of tortillas, one layer of chicken mixture and one layer of cheese. Repeat layers.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. May be assembled the night before and stored in the fridge. Let it come to room temperature before baking.
