Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • MARINADE INGREDIENTS
  • 2-3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • sour cream
  • guacamole
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 shot of tequila
  • jack cheese, grated

How To Make chicken fajitas grande

  • Step 1
    Place chicken breasts in a non-metallic container.
  • Step 2
    Top with onion rings and green pepper strips.
  • Step 3
    Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl; mix well and pour over meat and onions.
  • Step 4
    Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  • Step 5
    Remove the meat and onions from marinade, reserving the onions, peppers and marinade.
  • Step 6
    Place meat on grill, basting often with the marinade and turning often.
  • Step 7
    Meanwhile saute onion and peppers in butter and salsa.
  • Step 8
    When the chicken breasts are done slice into thin strips and add to the skillet with saute vegetables.
  • Step 9
    Heat flour tortillas quickly on the grill.
  • Step 10
    Watching and turning them often.
  • Step 11
    Serve mixture hot on the warm flour tortillas with sour cream, grated cheddar and jack cheese, fresh cilantro, salsa and guacamole.
