Ingredients
- 3 - flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 cups red leaf lettuce
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless cut into strips
- 2 - red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 small - red onion wedged
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
How To Make chicken fajita salad

Step 1Cook chicken with cumin, pepper, chili powder, red bell and onion.Preheat oven to 375. Cut tortillas into thin stips and bake for 6-8 min until crispy.

Step 2In a small jar mix balsamic vinegar, sugar, olive oil, lime juice and garlic powder. Mix dressing with lettuce then place chicken and tortilla's on top and enjoy!
