Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless. cooked and chopped
- 1 1/2 sticks butter/ i use less. just enough to saute them
- 2 - onions, chopped
- 11 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 can chopped green chili pepper's
- 1 package flour tortillas
- 1 pound monterey jack cheese
- 1c cup whipping cream/just enough to cover tortillas
- - black olives,tomatoes & green onions to garnish
How To Make chicken enchiladas

Step 1Saute onions in butter till they are clesr

Step 2Add cream cheese & peppers mix and add chicken.

Step 3Place 2 to 3 tbsp of chicken mixture in tortillas, roll and place in 9x13 bakiing dish. Pour whipping cream over the rolled tortilas cover with Monterey Jack cheese. Bake @ 350 for 20 to 30 minutes

Step 4Garnish with chopped black olives tomoatoes and green onion.. I also have salsa and sour cream if any one wants to add that to their dish.. Great the next day ..
