Ingredients For my chicken enchiladas

1 smonion chopped

1 clovegarlic,minced

4 smcooked chicken breast shredded

11/2 cthink ,chunky salsa

14oz 1/2 of 8oz of cream cheese cubed

1 tspchopped cilantro

1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cmonterey jack cheese shredded

8flour tortillas

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How To Make my chicken enchiladas

1oven at 350. Heat in large skillet with 2 tbsp of olive oil.On med heat.Add onion,garlic,cook and stir about 2min. Add chicken,1/4 of salsa, cream cheese cubed ,cilantro mix well cook until heated,stirring occaseonally.Add 1/2 of shredded cheeses,mix well.,

2Spoon about 1/3 cup of chicken mixture into each tortilla, roll up .Spray baking pan with cooking oil. Place seam side down,in 13=9 baking dish.top with remaining salsa and cheeses bake 30 min.4 serving
