Ingredients
- FILLING
- - 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts; cooked & shredded
- - 1/2 cup onion; chopped
- - 1/2 cup salsa
- - 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
- - 3/4 cup sour cream
- - 1/2 tbsp cumin
- - soft tortillas
- - salt and pepper
- SAUCE
- - 3/4 cup of salsa
- - 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- - 1/2 cup of sour cream
- - 2 tbsp green onion
How To Make chicken enchiladas

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix chicken, onion, salsa, cheese, sour cream, and cumin together. Salt and pepper. Spoon chicken mixture on tortillas. Wrap tortillas and place them in a large baking pan. Combine salsa, yogurt, sour cream, and green onions in another bowl. Pour sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
