Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breast
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16) ounce sour cream
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 3 cups shredded co-jack cheese
- 3/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 package 10" tortillas
How To Make chicken enchiladas

Step 1Cook chicken, cool and shred

Step 2In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, green chilies, onion, and half of the cheese

Step 3Spray 9x13 pan. Spread a thin layer of filling on the bottom of pan

Step 4Spoon filling (1/4 to 1/3 cup) into tortillas and roll. Cut tortilla to fit in pan

Step 5Put remaining filling on top, then top with the remaining cheese

Step 6Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
