Ingredients For chicken enchiladas

2 lgchicken breast

2 cancream of chicken soup

1 (16) ozsour cream
-
1 canchopped green chilies
-
3 cshredded co-jack cheese
-
3/4 cgreen onion, chopped

1 pkg10" tortillas
How To Make chicken enchiladas

1Cook chicken, cool and shred

2In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, green chilies, onion, and half of the cheese

3Spray 9x13 pan. Spread a thin layer of filling on the bottom of pan

4Spoon filling (1/4 to 1/3 cup) into tortillas and roll. Cut tortilla to fit in pan

5Put remaining filling on top, then top with the remaining cheese
-
6Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
