6-7boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 csour cream
8 ozshredded monterey jack cheese
1 pkgflour tortillas
1 can(s)mild enchilada sauce
How to Make Chicken Enchiladas
- Cook chicken and cool. combine soup and sour cream. Add half of cheese. Add chicken and mix well. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. I use large tortillas so I use several spoonfuls of mixture in middle of tortillas and roll up. Place in baking dish, seam side down. Top with the remainder of cheese. Serve with mild enchilada sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
