Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces can green chilies
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make chicken enchiladas

  • Step 1
    Mix chicken, sour cream, green chilies and soup. Put 2-3 Tb. of mixture in tortillas. Place seam down in 13x9 Pyrex dish. Pour remaining mixture over enchiladas. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
