Ingredients
- 6 medium chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 package flour tortillas soft taco size
- 2 packages taco seasoning mix
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 package mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce green
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper or to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
- 1 pint sour cream
How To Make chicken enchiladas

Step 1In a large skillet or pan, place cut up raw chicken breast in small amount of olive oil brown till no longer pink.add taco seasoning to chicken pieces and water or chicken broth to mixture. Use amount of liquid that is on package.

Step 2While chicken is simmering, Take out flour tortillas and spread cream cheese on one side of each tortilla. Put small amount of enchilada sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish.

Step 3When chicken is done, place 1-2 tablespoons of chicken in center of tortilla on the side with cream cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top of chicken mixture. Add dallop of sour cream. Roll tortilla up and place in baking dish, seam side down. Repeat untill all the tortillas are finished.

Step 4When all tortillas are finished, put remaining sauce on top of tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. If you have any chicken left, crumble that on top also. You can also use black olives, onions or whatever else that you like.

Step 5Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 25 mins. or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
