Ingredients
- 3 or 4 - chicken breasts
- 2 - 3 ounce packages cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup half and half
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can enchilada sauce-mild
- - large flour tortillas
- - mexican blend cheese
How To Make chicken enchiladas

Step 1Preheat oven 350 drgrees Mix cream cheese, half and half, onion, and salt together. Add chicken. Spread onto tortilla 1 tablespoon enchilada sauce. Place a large spoon full (about 1/8 of chick) of chicken mixture on tortilla. Roll tortilla and place in a pan seam side down. Pour sauce over all and over with cheese.
