Ingredients For chicken enchiladas

  • 3 or 4
    chicken breasts
  • 2
    3 ounce packages cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 c
    half and half
  • 3/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 can
    enchilada sauce-mild
  • large flour tortillas
  • mexican blend cheese

How To Make chicken enchiladas

  • 1
    Preheat oven 350 drgrees Mix cream cheese, half and half, onion, and salt together. Add chicken. Spread onto tortilla 1 tablespoon enchilada sauce. Place a large spoon full (about 1/8 of chick) of chicken mixture on tortilla. Roll tortilla and place in a pan seam side down. Pour sauce over all and over with cheese.
