How to Make Chicken Enchiladas
- Preheat oven 350 drgrees
Mix cream cheese, half and half, onion, and salt together. Add chicken. Spread onto tortilla 1 tablespoon enchilada sauce. Place a large spoon full (about 1/8 of chick) of chicken mixture on tortilla. Roll tortilla and place in a pan seam side down. Pour sauce over all and over with cheese. - Cook for 25 minutes
