3 or 4
chicken breasts
3 ounce packages cream cheese softened
1/3 c
half and half
3/4 c
chopped onion
1/2 tsp
1 can(s)
enchilada sauce-mild
large flour tortillas
mexican blend cheese


1Preheat oven 350 drgrees
Mix cream cheese, half and half, onion, and salt together. Add chicken. Spread onto tortilla 1 tablespoon enchilada sauce. Place a large spoon full (about 1/8 of chick) of chicken mixture on tortilla. Roll tortilla and place in a pan seam side down. Pour sauce over all and over with cheese.
2Cook for 25 minutes
