Chicken Enchiladas

This is a family favorite. Great served with spanish rice.

chicken, boiled and deboned
1 can(s)
diced green chilies
1 small
onion, diced
2 large
cans enchilada sauce
2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
flour tortillas


1Saute onion and green chilies until onions are clear. Mix in 1 1/2 cans enchilada sauce and chicken. Heat until bubbly.
2Take the remaining sauce and heat in skillet. When hot, dip flour tortillas in sauce to soften.
3Divide filling into 10 tortillas. Place tortillas in a 9 x 13 pans, seams side down. Pour left in skillet over top of tortillas and top with cheese.
4Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
