Ingredients
- 1 - chicken, boiled and deboned
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 large cans enchilada sauce
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 10 - flour tortillas
How To Make chicken enchiladas

Step 1Saute onion and green chilies until onions are clear. Mix in 1 1/2 cans enchilada sauce and chicken. Heat until bubbly.

Step 2Take the remaining sauce and heat in skillet. When hot, dip flour tortillas in sauce to soften.

Step 3Divide filling into 10 tortillas. Place tortillas in a 9 x 13 pans, seams side down. Pour left in skillet over top of tortillas and top with cheese.

Step 4Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
