1chicken, boiled and deboned

1 smallonion, diced
2 largecans enchilada sauce
2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Chicken Enchiladas
- Saute onion and green chilies until onions are clear. Mix in 1 1/2 cans enchilada sauce and chicken. Heat until bubbly.
- Take the remaining sauce and heat in skillet. When hot, dip flour tortillas in sauce to soften.
- Divide filling into 10 tortillas. Place tortillas in a 9 x 13 pans, seams side down. Pour left in skillet over top of tortillas and top with cheese.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
