Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    boneless chicken breast,cubed
  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cream of chicken
  • 1 c
    salsa, thick and chunky
  • 8
    flour tortillas, 6"
  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cheddar cheese

How to Make Chicken enchiladas

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook chicken in nonstick skillet til browned ,stirring often.Add chicken soup and heat through.
  3. Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down one side of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in 2-qt.baking dish.Bake about 10 minutes or until heated through.
