Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 jar (8 oz.) salsa, divided
- 8 - (6 inch) flour tortillas
- 3/4 pound (12 oz.) velveeta cheese spread, cut up
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small container of sour cream
How To Make chicken enchiladas

Step 1Stir chicken or turkey , bell pepper, cream cheese and 1/2 cup salsa in saucepan until cream cheese is melted.

Step 2Spoon 1/3 cup of the mixture down the center of each flour tortilla; roll up. Place seam side down in a greased 12x8 in baking dish.

Step 3Stir process cheese spread and milk in saucepan o low heat until smooth. Pour sauce over tortillas; cover with foil.

Step 4Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Pour remaining salsa over tortillas. Serve with sour cream.
