If you have ever tried Chili's Chicken Enchilada Soup, let me just say LUCKY YOU! It is fabulous! I created my own version. It's a pretty close imitation and only took about 15 minutes, start to finish!

Ingredients
- 2 cans campbells' cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans campbell's fiesta nacho cheese soup
- 1-2 can water
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-12 oz can chunk white chicken
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crispy tri-color tortilla strips
How To Make chicken enchilada soup (quick)

Step 1Open all 4 cans of soup and combine in a large pot. Add water to the consistency that you like. Heat over medium heat.

Step 2Add all the seasonings and stir to mix well. Stir in the chicken. Heat thoroughly.

Step 3Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle grated cheese and tortilla strips on top and serve hot.
