Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken (cooked & boned)
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can 4 oz. chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 teaspoons minced oninons
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 packages cheddar cheese
- 1 package corn chips
How To Make chicken enchilada pie

Step 1Combine soups, chilies, spices, tabasco, and chicken till well blended. Spray a deep dish casserole pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cover bottom of the dish with a layer of corn chips. Layer chicken and soup mixture on top of the chips. Top layer with a layer of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layering the pie ending with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
