Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    chicken (cooked & boned)
  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    4 oz. chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 4 tsp
    minced oninons
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    tabasco
  • 1 can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 2 pkg
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg
    corn chips

How to Make Chicken Enchilada Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine soups, chilies, spices, tabasco, and chicken till well blended. Spray a deep dish casserole pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cover bottom of the dish with a layer of corn chips. Layer chicken and soup mixture on top of the chips. Top layer with a layer of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layering the pie ending with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  2. *Use taco chips, Doritos, or even nacho chips for a differant flavor. Enjoy!
