    boneless chicken breast
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheese
  • 4 oz
    diced green chili peppers
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

How to Make Chicken Enchilada Dip


  1. Season chicken breast with Montreal Steak Seasoning
    Grill chicken breast
  2. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, green chile peppers and jalapeno pepper.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture to a medium baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
