- 6 small chicken drums
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2 teaspoons thai red curry paste
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- fresh cilantro chopped for garnish
How To Make chicken drums with curry lime butter

Step 1Preheat oven 425 degrees Put the chicken in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over and season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.

Step 2in a blender place the butter, red curry paste, lime juice and zest, honey and soy sauce. Mix until well incorporated. Scrap into a bowl

Step 3When the chicken is done place it in the bowl of butter mixture and mix well. Top with cilantro for garnish
