How to Make Chicken Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Stew chicken until it's done. ( I use skinless-boneless), cut up in small pieces. Cook onion and celery until tender in oil. ( I use butter instead). Add salt, sage, and poultry seasonings; combine breads in a large mixing bowl. Add celery and onion to mixture.
  2. In a small bowl, combine soup, broth, eggs, and vinegar. Combine with other ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Pour into your Crock-Pot and cook on high for 30 minutes.
  3. Turn the heat down to low and cook another 3-4 hours. About one hour before it's done..add the chicken and mix.
