Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 cups white bread
- 6 cups prepared corn bread
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 3 - chicken breasts
How To Make chicken dressing

Step 1Stew chicken until it's done. ( I use skinless-boneless), cut up in small pieces. Cook onion and celery until tender in oil. ( I use butter instead). Add salt, sage, and poultry seasonings; combine breads in a large mixing bowl. Add celery and onion to mixture.

Step 2In a small bowl,combine soup, broth, eggs, and vinegar. Combine with other ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Pour into your Crock-Pot and cook on high for 30 minutes.

Step 3Turn the heat down to low and cook another 3-4 hours. About one hour before it's done..add the chicken and mix.
