Love this casserole. It tastes like Thanksgiving mixed together into one dish. Easy to make and loved by everyone I've ever made it for.

Ingredients

  • 1 package your favorite cornbread mix,prepared and crumbled
  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 sticks celery, chopped
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk

How To Make chicken & dressing casserole

  • Step 1
    Prepare corn bread, cool and crumble. Cook chicken, cool and chop into one ince chunks.
  • Step 2
    Put crumbled cornbread into large mixing bowl and add soups, onion, celery, chicken and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste and spread into a large baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove cover and allow to brown top of casserole, aprox 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with side dishes such as green beans or a tossed salad.
