Love this casserole. It tastes like Thanksgiving mixed together into one dish. Easy to make and loved by everyone I've ever made it for.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    your favorite cornbread mix,prepared and crumbled
  • 2 large
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 2 stick
    celery, chopped
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How to Make CHICKEN & DRESSING CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare corn bread, cool and crumble. Cook chicken, cool and chop into one ince chunks.
  2. Put crumbled cornbread into large mixing bowl and add soups, onion, celery, chicken and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste and spread into a large baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove cover and allow to brown top of casserole, aprox 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with side dishes such as green beans or a tossed salad.
