CHICKEN DORITO DINNER

4 - 6chicken breast with bone

1doritos, bag - original flavor

1 can(s)diced ortegas, lg

1 conion, chopped

1 can(s)olives, sliced or whole

·cheddar cheese, sharp

6 cwater

2chicken bouillon cube
-
1garlic clove, minced
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
1 tspclove, ground

1 tspcumin
-
1 can(s)ortega diced green chilis ( 4 or 7 oz to your taste)
How to Make CHICKEN DORITO DINNER
- Boil the chicken in the water, boullion cubes, pepper, garlic, cumin, and clove till it falls off the bone.
Reserve the broth for later and taking the chicken de-bone it and cut it up in to chunks. - In a casserole baking dish spray it with cooking spray (like Pam).
Gently smash the Doritos and cover the bottom of the bakig dish with them. - Then start to layer the on top of the Doritios as follows: chicken chunks, then Ortegas, then onion, then olives, and then cheese.
- Take 2 1/2 cup of the reserved broth and pour over the top of the dish.
Pre-heat the oven at 350 abd bake for 35 minutes
