I got this recipe from a great chef and friend. Man could that woman cook. This reccipe is so tasty and so easy if you are in a rush

  • 1 pkg
    forzen broccoli spears
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 3
    salted and peppered cooked chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking sherry
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 can(s)
    10 1/2 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • ·
    paprika over the top before serving

How to Make Chicken Divan


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Partially cook Broccoli, slice chicken, allow 2-3 slices per serving. Melt butter in Casserole dish. Place a layer of chicken in bottom, season with salt and pepper if you wish. Arrange broccoli on top and cover with another layer of chicken. Blend remaining ingrediants in a blender except for cheese. Process till smooth. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. (Cheddar is also very good in this recipe) Bake 25 min covered, and 20 min uncovered.
