chicken divan
My sister is the first one that served this yummy dish to me. One of those comfort foods, easy to make and the pan is empty when the meal is over.

Ingredients
- 2 packages (10 oz) frozen broccoli
- 3 - chicken breasts, cooked and boned and cubed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (i get low sodium) and i use one can of cream of celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder (i use 2 t for a little more flavor)
- CRUMB TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs & melted butter to taste for topping (i use half ritz crackers )
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make chicken divan

Step 1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Cook Broccoli until tender. Drain and arrange broccoli in greased 13 x 9" baking dish. Place chicken over broccoli. Combine soups, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice. Pour evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter and Sprinkle over all.

Step 2Bake for 30 minutes @ 350 oven. You could use other mixed veggies such as peas and carrots etc. I sometimes use more cheese as well.
