I was a very picky eater when I was younger..I went over to a friends house to spend the night & her mom served this..I was scared to eat it at the time but when I tasted it I fell in love with it:) I have been making it ever since!! Hope you enjoy!

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbs poultry seasoning
2 tbs thyme leaves
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayo
juice from 1 lemon
2 heaping tbs curry powder
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag frozen broccoli florets

How to Make Chicken Divan


  • 11st step... place chicken , poultry seasoning,thyme,bay leaves, & salt & pepper to a pan ...add water to cover & boil gently for about 40 mins...drain & let cool.
  • 22nd place broccoli into a 13x9 baking dish and shred cooled chicken over the top... mix in lg bowl the mushroom soup,mayo,lemon juice, & curry powder.
  • 3Spread the sauce over top of the chicken & broccoli then top with cheddar cheese. Bake @350 for 40 mins & serve with rice:) Hope you enjoy it as much as I always have!!
