Ingredients
- 1 - chicken, baked and deboned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 - chopped onion
- 2 - celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 12 - mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can crescent dinner rolls
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 3 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
How To Make chicken dish

Step 1Cream together the mayonnaise, soup and sour cream.

Step 2Add the chicken and vegetables then microwave on high for 6 minutes.

Step 3Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 4Spread over top the cresent rolls to make a crust.

Step 5Top with shredded cheese, drizzle butter over top and sprinkle with nuts.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until cooked and browned.

Step 7Cool for 5 minutes, slice down the middle and then three cuts to make a total of eight pieces.
